In order to provide bullet-proof security to our clients, we have implemented stricter security policy for all our clients for the Voice Mail and Web Portal (where applicable) components. The passwords for both of these components will expire every 30 to 60 days. The passwords must also have at least 5 digits, and have no sequential or repetitive characters.

Call Agent Update Call Agent Update

We have successfully updated our call agent which has resolved two outstanding technical items. The Anonymous Caller ID now appears as ‘anonymous’ instead of random 3 digits starting with 9. Also, the periodic Voice Mail delay, where the Voice Mail greeting was delayed after pressing the messages button, should also be resolved for most users. We will continue to monitor these over the next few days.
