New Voice Mail and Web Portal Security Measures 
In order to provide bullet-proof security to our clients, we have implemented stricter security policy for all our clients for the Voice Mail and Web Portal (where applicable) components. The passwords for both of these components will expire every 30 to 60 days. The passwords must also have at least 5 digits, and have no sequential or repetitive characters.

3-1-1 Service now available in Toronto 
The non-emergency telephone number 3-1-1 is a special N-1-1 telephone number in many communities in Canada and the United States that provides quick, easy-to-remember access to non-emergency municipal services or a Citizen Service Center. Dialing this number allows city residents (only in certain cities) to obtain important non-emergency services through a central, all-purpose phone number quickly and effectively.

Call Agent Update 
We have successfully updated our call agent which has resolved two outstanding technical items. The Anonymous Caller ID now appears as ‘anonymous’ instead of random 3 digits starting with 9. Also, the periodic Voice Mail delay, where the Voice Mail greeting was delayed after pressing the messages button, should also be resolved for most users. We will continue to monitor these over the next few days.

New Ticketing System Launch 
On July 13, 2009, our Client Self Service Portal will be online and you will no longer be able to request MACs or Tickets through our care@epiknetworks.com email address. Our Care Desk phone numbers will remain as Toronto-416.921.2221, Vancouver-604.282.4689, USA-949.709.5740
