Escalation Charts

The Escalation Chart is interwoven with the Client Self-Service Portal (click HERE for an FAQ on how to use the Client Self-Service Portal). The Ticket Groups shown in the Client Self-Service Portal relate directly to the different levels presented in the Escalation Chart. The below diagram illustrates the link.

Depending on the Ticket Group chosen at the time of the ticket creation or modification, the ticket automatically escalates within Epik Networks hierarchy as outlined in the Escalation Chart.
